No, you can make bookings in Destination Armenia without creating an account.
In order to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the stay directly via telephone or e-mail.
It depends on your stay’s policy. We suggest checking the information by visiting the stay’s page.
You can make payments by credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AmeriaCard, Arca/Armenian card) in currencies specified on the main page. When paying in other currencies, SGD may be charged. Destination Armenia does not charge any additional fee for booking, but please note that some banks may charge international transaction fees if you do not pay in the currency of your payment card.
After you've completed your booking you'll get a confirmation email with detailed information.
Please check your spam/junk mail folders first․ If you haven't received any emails, please reach out us by clicking on "Check my booking status" button.
You can cancel your booking by the time specified in the cancellation policy. In case of cancellation after the expiration of the mentioned policy, no compensation will be applied.
For some activities, you can change the booking details. You need to go to the booking page in Destination Armenia, click on "View More" and make changes under "Booking details" section. You will receive an email on updates after your changes are approved. However, in case "Your changes do not apply" appears under your booking, it means that the booking cannot be altered.
If the booking has been canceled, you will be notified by email and will be refunded. The processing time usually takes 5 to 7 working days(in case of some banks it might take up to 30 days) depending on your bank. If you have questions, please contact your bank directly.
If you have already made your booking, you can find this in your booking confirmation email. Please note that the cancellation policy varies depending on your booking.
We recommend you checking the updates of World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or your local authority for updated information about the impact of the virus on your destination.
