Learn more about the ancient history of Armenia by visiting the History Museum of Armenia on Republic Square. Explore  the city of Yerevan by visiting the Yerevan History Museum. Or visit the mysterious Erebuni Fortress and discover the prehistoric Urartian fortified city of Erebuni. 

Thousands of years are enclosed in the one-of-a-kind manuscripts and artworks which are waiting for you to be explored. 

For contemporary art lovers Contemporay Art Museum in Yerevan is the place to go. A must see in your gallery list should be the Sergei Parajanov Museum. You can get a ful cultural experience by visiting the Casade complex and the Cafesjian Center for the Arts inside the complex that features contemporary art pieces. Most importantly, if you want to get to know the great masters of Armenian art history you should visit the National Gallery of Armenia.
