Zhora Hambardzumyan, who did not forget his native village, having a great love for nature, returned to his village, created a garden in Vaghatin, where he collects and cultivates a number of new, high-quality berries, with the help of his son Artyom.
Here you will have a tour of his garden, where he has grown fruit trees, poplars, berries, as well as asparagus streams. One of the peculiarities is that everything here is wild, all the dishes are prepared on the stove.
Vanki Tak Wild Gastro is located along the Vorotan river, in the Vorotan gorge. The big table is under a giant willow tree, where you can enjoy your dinner.
From May to August you can taste fresh and wild asparagus by participating in the gathering and cooking ceremony. Here Zhoran and Artyom will show you a unique way of tasting asparagus. You can also choose other vegetables from the garden to make fresh salads.
