In Berkri Gastroyard, you can take part in a master class on making a traditional Armenian dish, dolma. Dolma is a very popular dish in Armenia. Different types of dolma are made in Armenia with grape leaves, cabbage, different seasonal vegetables.
During the master class, you will make tolma with grape leaves. To make tolma, first, you will prepare the meat stuffing, then wrap it in a leaf. When the tolma is cooked, you will taste the dish you have prepared.
